Responsbilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the Modern Trade channel in the Western region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts and execute sales operations for Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Minimarkets within the assigned territory.
- Ensure sales targets and business growth align with company KPIs.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing training and enhancing their effectiveness.
- Ensure product distribution and availability within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional programs for local key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
- Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Strong in distribution, negotiation, and team leadership.
- Excellent leadership skills in managing teams and fostering business relationships.
- Target-oriented, strong business acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel for business across Western Indonesia.
