DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsbilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for the Modern Trade channel in the Western region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts and execute sales operations for Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Minimarkets within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure sales targets and business growth align with company KPIs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing training and enhancing their effectiveness.
  • Ensure product distribution and availability within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional programs for local key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
  • Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong in distribution, negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Excellent leadership skills in managing teams and fostering business relationships.
  • Target-oriented, strong business acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel for business across Western Indonesia.
