Responsibilities:

Lead the research and development activities, including formulation of new food products, process optimization, and innovation projects.

Develop, improve, and customize product formulations to meet customer requirements and market trends.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while ensuring product quality and compliance.
-
Ensure that all R&D processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Supply Chain) in new product development and product improvement projects.
-
Provide technical expertise on food ingredients, functionality, and processing technologies.
-
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to support business growth.
-
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Mentor, guide, and manage the R&D team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
-
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
-
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an R&D Manager in the food industry.

Strong knowledge of food ingredients, their functions, and applications in formulations.
-
Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC), and BRC standards.
-
Proficiency in food product formulation and analytical methods.
-
Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a high level of creativity and innovation mindset.
-
Willing to be placed in Bogor.
