DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute practical marketing initiatives to increase market share, maximise profits and protect brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with factory & busdev team to plan NPD and create marketing strategies for new product launching
  • ⁠Collab with digital marketing teams to create monthly digital campaigns 
  • Analyse complex data accurately to make decisions aligned with business objectives effectively.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns regularly for optimisation results.
  • Prepare reports on campaign progress/effectiveness for management reviews.
  • Stay current with industry trends to create innovative strategies supporting the organisation's growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management or any field.
  • At least 2 years experience managing brands in Food / Beverages categories
  • Business mindset, analytical power, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.
  • Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented.
  • Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
  • Self-starter, problem solving, and attention to details.
