• Develop and implement HSE objectives, aligned with regulations and company strategy, including budget allocation.
• Establish and maintain an HSE management system to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of regulations and standards, updating compliance programs as necessary.
• Implement HSE training and communication programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an Emergency Response Preparedness program, including training and resources.
• Conduct incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Implement HSE inspection and internal audit programs to identify and address non-conformances.
• Generate regular HSE reports as required by regulations.
• Present monthly HSE reports to Senior Management, highlighting system performance and compliance status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Standard, HSE management system audit, HSE regulation and international standards.
• At least 5 years (s) of working experience as a section head level in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor/Sidoarjo.
