DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibilities:
  • Adapt existing recruitment strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, and onboarding process.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Implement new sourcing methods.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing, and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle for executive role.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Supervisor, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Databases.
  • Target-oriented and have the experience to work with SLA.
  • Strong analytical skills, team management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision and stakeholder management skills.
