- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex risks into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Lead end-to-end risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, and monitoring across assigned departments
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Register, capturing potential risks, their impact, and corresponding risk scores (high, medium, low)
- Monitor the implementation of mitigation strategies and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken
- Escalate critical risks and provide at least bi-annual updates to top Management regarding the overall risk landscape
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather insights and provide recommendations on risk prevention and control
