- Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies, including positioning, target audience, and brand communication.
- Design and implement innovative and creative marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new products and optimize existing ones.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, consumer preferences, and identify new business opportunities.
- Evaluate and monitor brand performance regularly to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of market and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and execute brand campaigns effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
