Area Logistics Manager
- JAWA TIMUR - KOTA SURABAYA
Responsibilities:
- Review receipt vs delivery realization in the area.
- Monitor stock availability in the area, recommend additional POs and stock relocation if stock levels are below minimum stock. Suggest stopping PO and relocating if there is overstock sku in the area
- Coordinate with Procurement & factory to resolve missing, excess & damaged goods upon receipt.
- Monitor shipping costs so that they are no higher than the standard cost ratio of 2%.
- Analyze & suggest an evaluation of the quality of work of all teams under him.
- Analyze & recommend effective and efficient work strategies for the work areas below.
- Analyze fleet adequacy and propose fleet relocation, additions, reductions if necessary.
- Monitor every logistics report in the work area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Logistics and Warehouse Assistant Manager.
- Good knowledge in Warehouse Management, Fleet Management, and Delivery Management.
- Familiar with ERP System.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
