Group Brand Manager

Responsibilities:
- Propose and submit plans for New Product Development under the categories handled, ensuring alignment with market needs and brand strategy.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for the assigned categories with the goal of increasing brand awareness, adhering to allocated budgets.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses related to GP1 product performance within the managed categories to ensure continuous improvement and market relevance.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget allocated for the assigned categories, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic support to increase total sales within the categories managed, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the brand.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, or 2–3 years as a Senior Brand Manager.
- Strong understanding of Brand Strategy.
- Solid Market Analysis skills to identify trends and market opportunities.
- Ability to develop and lead Creative Campaigns that align with brand goals and engage target audiences.
